Heart & Hand Center is a local, nonprofit organization which disrupts the cycle of poverty for children and families in Northeast Denver through community-based programming. Through long term relationships, out-of-school programming, and support for children and families, Heart & Hand Center strives to build a world with no opportunity gap. Our Annual Night in Lights Gala raises funds to help support the children and families of Northeast Denver - with your help, we can close the gap of opportunity so that everyone has the resources needed for success.
